This Week - April 26th

My little sister turned 30 this weekend (HBD C BUG!) and it was such a bummer to not celebrate together. I miss my peeps.

While I’m not ready for Alabama to reopen (FINGERS CROSSED) I do miss my old schedule. Life seems so unhinged and I’m sure that, like me, you hardly know what day it is.

I plan to return to studio work soon - my torch and tools must be feeling lonely! Don’t worry, I will share some jewelry pictures again when life gets a little less crazy and I can actually get back to my bench. I likely will keep my studio space closed to the public for a little bit - perhaps appointment-only? It’s going to be a strange and awkward way forward after the shutdown.

My heart goes out to every single person who has suffered a loss, a health scare or extra grief due to the virus. Essential workers (my hubby included) are heroes keeping things running and safe for the rest of us.
